MBA is committed to conducting business to protect the health and safety of its employees. Our management team is committed to continual improvement aimed at elimination of work-related hazards, injury & illness.
When our officers are professionally engaged, they do so in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act, respective codes, laws, regulations, codes of practice, statuary requirements and local by-laws relevant to the nature of the work being undertaken ensuring the health and safety of the company’s employee’s and the public
MBA will –
Identify & reduce the risk of work related injuries and illnesses through pro-activity monitoring practices and implementing training where required.
Regularly provide information about hazards and hazard control.
Induct to required safe work practices and expected business practices.
Investigate all incidents to identify the possible cause and implement preventive actions to minimize the risk of re-occurrence.
Comply with all relevant health and safety laws and regulations.
Conduct regular reviews of safety performance, identify and implement safety improvements
Involve & consult customers in identifying workplace safety improvements and interventions.
